1 star – Terrible customer service, disappointing experience - if zero stars were a choice, I would have selected it. We used Social for my daughter’s birthday and unfortunately had an awful experience with their customer service. I called the Irvine location directly and asked very thorough questions—about pricing, timeframe for hair and makeup, and confirmed exactly what we wanted: hair half-up/half-down with full makeup but no eyelashes. I didn't confirm an appointment and still called them to reschedule it this morning and they told me I would have to pay 50% and I so said ok I m gonna come, on my way I called them I was 5 min late. She told me I cancelled it already and said I was a liar while I messed up all my day and work to come to my appointment!! they tried to change the narrative and when I arrived I saw they are charged me 80 dollars and they went on my account with a card they even don't have on file?!! last time I requested a partial highlights a... read more

Not the place if you have curly hair. I also did not get the style I asked for even though I was very straight forward with what I wanted.

Atlas was very sweet and kind. She made my very first experience here amazing! My hair is very frizzy and I was astonished at how well she did and was able to control my Maine. I will definitely be coming back here anytime I am in town.
