Social Burger continues to knock it out of the park.
Excellent burgers & fries!! The milkshakes are great but on the pricy side
BEWARE: They charge a 10% Service Fee to your order that is not indicated anywhere. Additionally their app defaults to a 20% Tip (this all for picking up or eating in the store, NOT delivery) If you can not stay in business with a $10 hamburger. Then set the price to $11. Don't tell me it is $10 then tack on an extra $1 'service fee' without my knowledge, just assuming I do not notice. Will never eat here again. Plenty of other place do not add hidden fees and default tips to 20%.
This was my second visit - had to try it based on reviews in FB Vienna Foodies group. First time I ordered inside, and got the Social Burger and fries, both of which were great. This time I ordered from the app, and got a custom turkey burger, which was also excellent. I'm in Vienna regularly these days and expect to be at Social Burger regularly as well.
