Customer service and communication.
They are not responsive, messed up my daughters room mate scheduling and I have yet to get a response from that. Worse complex we have dealt with, will definitely not resign with them.
RecommendedThe staff of Social 28 is always welcoming and friendly. The gym and study room are awesome amenities, not to mention the 24/7 breakfast bar. All my experiences at Social 28 have been positive and after 2 years of living here, I would highly recommend Social 28!
