Ms. Pheobe and her staff are great to work with. I am a firm believer in how you initially meet your clients and/or customers lends itself of how you will treat them going forward. I must say I was most impressed with Ms. Pheobe, the owner, met with me and my family in person for the initial enrollment. That does not happen in this field too often. She is fair and personable Ms. Phoebe is a RARE DIAMOND indeed❣️
