Once in a while you come across such amazing customer service that you can just see what the creators of a niche business (such as "Stefans-Soccer") had in mind when they started their company. My son and I had an experience this evening at Stefans that was, well, in a small way, life changing. I bought my son some very expensive cleats last week. Paid almost $600 to get my son’s uniform so he can join his club team, but my order is delayed and pushed on the side because they are busy taking care of a large order to a different club! No accommodations whatsoever! Plus they say they are out of sizes in the warehouse which I can understand, but it will not take two weeks and more to get sizes or even offer a different size. Very poor customer service
