The treatment I’ve received from the administrative personnel in this clinic has been unprofessional and negligent. They clinic says in their website that the cost of treatment will be discussed at the beginning of the appointment and the patient can call and provide their insurance information to be informed about coverage before the appointment. Great place had some metal get in my eye they got me in after trying 8 different places the doctor his staff all great explained everything to me as they were doing it!! This is a 5 star business and will always get my business!!
I went there for an eye infection. They took me right away when I called. I only had to wait about 5 minutes, even though the waiting room was full. They did a thorough eye exam - several exams. Dr Williams was great, also had a nice personality. He didn't rush me.

Had a great experience at Socastee Eye Clinic today. I had what appeared to be a piece of plaster removed from my cornea! Not gonna lie, I was freaking out on the inside a little! But, Dr. Neal Williams was wonderful! I felt very at ease and it was painless! The staff were wonderful as well! Very thorough and professional!
HIGHWAY ROBBERY. My husband got two pairs of glasses here. He waited FIVE months to get his glasses and the bill was $1537.20. Yes, you read correctly.... What a scam. I will never do business with these people again.
Excellent staff & Doctors. Very polite & professional. Have taken great care of me since I moved here. My eyesight is better now than it was when I was 20. Highly recommended Socastee Eye Clinic.
