Fantastic experience. Food - incredible, people - phenomenal, retreat crew (including therapy dogs) - better than I could have hoped. As someone who works hard in my daily life, it was exactly what I needed and will absolutely do it again when I can. Thank you Socal wellness for a great experience! Definitely life changing.

If you have to ask whether you could give up your phone for 2 days, then this is exactly the digital detox you need. But it’s so much more than that. John is an amazing guy with great energy and knowledge and has surrounded himself with a group of people dedicated in helping you realize the best in yourself. From breath work and yoga to a cold plunge (yes it’s cold and yes YOU can do it!) to Chef Perla’s home cooked meals with love, this is a retreat I will be returning to. cannot recommend this retreat enough! just such a wonderful, passionate, knowledgeable, and kind team of people. what a beautiful setting too! the food is a major highlight, as well as the extremely powerful tools like breath work, yoga, TRE, cold plunge, etc. It’s hard to believe how transformative one weekend can be, but if you are ready to put in some work and really show up for yourself, you will get so much out of this retreat. thanks john and team!
