I was referred to this doctor. I called to make an appointment and I was put on hold right away without any hello or can you please hold. I was on hold for 7 minutes to a point that I was going to hang up. Finally someone picked up the phone and said how can I help you without saying thank you for holding. The receptionist was very unprofessional and as I was expressing my first impression of this office and how I wasn't sure I'd like to make an appointment anymore, her response was YOU LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN APP... read more
Dr Hamparian was good but the front of the house staff are very unprofessional. They called me the day of my appointment and canceling it because the they did not have authorization from my ppo insurance. Still waiting for them to call me back Never will go back.
Dr. Hamparian is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. I have been taking my grandmother to her for years, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate physician with an amazing bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable and considerate.
