Dr Hamparian was good but the front of the house staff are very unprofessional. They called me the day of my appointment and canceling it because the they did not have authorization from my ppo insurance. Still waiting for them to call me back Never will go back.
Dr. Hamparian is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. I have been taking my grandmother to her for years, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate physician with an amazing bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable and considerate.
I would give zero stars if I could. My animals veterinarian treats the patients with more care than this woman. Waited almost an hour. The room was dirty. There was hairs, no sanitation between patients. This woman, the doctor, just came, so rough and stuck a needle in my eye, in a hurry, without any notice. Without explaining what she was about to do. I am no doctor. I am a licensed body piercer and the sanitation guidelines I am required to follow are so much more through than what I have seen in this clinic. Unorganized. ... read more
I strongly suggest staying away from this office. Dr.Hamparian is managing way too many patience to keep orderly track of the medical needs and well being of her patients. A family member under her supervision lost his eye sight on one eye due to glaucoma. All follow up doctors were shocked to see the lack of care provided suggesting that this was easily treatable and preventable. The office is a numbers game and you will get lost in it.
