We brought our bike, an R6, to SoCal SuperBikes in the middle of April and picked it up today (June 14th). It is very hard to get anyone on the phone after 930am, they'll send a text saying they will call you back but never actually return the call. They don't call with updates, I had to call weekly just to get an inkling on what was going on with the bike. We understand they are a busy shop, but their customer service is severely lacking. I've been bring my bikes here for years. Eric has very high standards, and charges fairly. Shout out to Doug for helping get me bike ready for the Distinguished Gentleman's Ride last minute. You can count on these guys.
