Richard is an awesome mechanic. My 3500-sprinter based motorhome broke down on mountain roads while traveling 500+ miles from home. I called him out of desperation looking for a local “sprinter mobile mechanic”. He worked with me to diagnose the problem over the phone which got me safely off the side of the road. Then two days later he replaced the engine turbo assembly and got me back going again. I couldn’t be more thankful and relieved that I found an honest and skilled mechanic.
Great guy and really knows his stuff. He gave me some really good guidance on what to do to fix the last bit of a problem I was having with my turbo system
Bryan is the man on the sprinter van they know there knowledge, they walk you tru the issues give you advice, not just on the issue but on the rest van what to do and what not to do pretty much a quick lecture on sprinter van. All I can say is that they they fixed the issue that mercedes couldn't fix and the prices are reasonable.
SOCAL SPRINTER YOU GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!!! You have brought back the ORIGINAL terminology of “Customer CARE service. Truly genuine people father and son a like . I took my van to another location not far from them first guy charged me 314 dollars for a fuel filter that was incorrect and tried to railroad me with an astronomical price for repairs . 5 stars- This is my go-to repair place for my sprinter van. I would go here before the dealership. They know what they are doing!
