SoCal Smiles has been my dentist for 16 or so years now. I’ve gone nowhere else but here in all that time. I once lived up in Cupertino, and would get work done down south with SoCal Smiles… that’s how good they are! Zero stars. I'm honestly speechless -- and not in a good way. I just got off a call with this clinic where I was told to find a different dentist and that my mother, a Medicare patient, was no longer welcome. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I originally scheduled a first-time appointment for my mom to see Dr. James Kim, DDS, for a painful dental emergency.
