SoCal Self Storage is super-clean and temperature-controlled, and Muriel and her staff are fabulous. I don't even have to identify myself and Muriel will know it's me on the phone. Best storage units around.
good until they owe you refund We have had the storage unit for almost 2 years and thing were okay until we don't need the storage and stop renting from them. Our automated billing paid them an extra month of rent after we have cancelled the service. That was back in early April 2009. When we first contacted them about the over payment, they said that they will mail the check back to us. 1 monthly later no check in the mail with the check already cashed.
