I paid for a safety check on a new trailer. They lied and didn’t report I had broken brake lights or that the propane tanks were leaking & they replaced an awning that broke the first use then refused to help or take any responsibility for their 3rd party’s (mechanic is local guy not certified or professionally trained or licensed) contracted work. Very scary to trust Jeff or Bobby, both excellent scammers. Disappointed
We went because my brother in law got his from here also and they loved told us how the service was great and easy . He was not lying Bobby is amazing super sweet and super patient. I had trouble getting some paperwork and they were super patient with us and never felt pushed or bullied into buying anything !! I recommend to anybody to go to SoCal RV to get there future RV . Once again thank you Bobby for the wholes process
