Best experience I’ve ever had with a business, needed a rug resized on a short schedule, they offered to pickup and kept in direct text communication the whole time, they were nice enough to return them by hand on a Saturday morning and took the time to come in and help me move my furniture to properly place the rug down since they knew I was alone. Was searching for a rug cleaner in LA and so glad I decided on SoCal Rug Masters. I found a 1970s rug at an estate sale in terrible condition but knew if I took it to the right people they could bring it back to life. They are experts at repairing as well if you need that besides cleaning. I took it into the Wilshire location and they were very helpful and even have a great selection of rugs there to look at. Cannot recommend enough.
Helpful. Fast. Good quality. What more do you need!
