SoCal Roofing did a phenomenal job on our recent new roof installation. Although our roof was towards the end of its life, we figured maybe in the next year or two we would have to replace it. The windstorm in January 2025 blew chunks of our roof off, so it was time to replace it now. Carlos came out and we did the walk-through of what we needed. Carlo Ruano and his team are real professionals. I highly recommend them. I obtained 4 estimates for my small house in Hacienda Heights. His inspection of the property was the most detailed and accurate, and TIMELY. The others missed the most essential and problematic issues. His office team (Diana, Jessica and others) were probably the most organized and responsive that I have encountered in 50 years of business. SoCal Roofing put a new roof on my families home. The entire staff was polite and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The crews that worked on the roof were having fun and very productive at the same time. The crew cleaned up after themselves each day. Everything was timed perfectly from removal of old roof, initial permit inspection and delivery of new material, installation of new material and final inspection/ approval.
