Friendly and fixed the problem at a fair price.
1st problem at beginning of Holiday weekend, my toilet leaked water from the bottom all over floor. Serviceman came out 90 min later. He, and later another tech guy fixed it, both very professional, polite and pleasant, then left. 2nd problem was faucet in that bathroom that kept sticking (was Kohler and already had to replace one before gave up on that brand). Placed call for clogged toilet. They responded in less than an hour. Technician was very friendly and immediately to work clearing the problem in less than 20 min. No doubt in my mind that they will be called upon in the future fo all plumming needs.
