Victor was polite and efficient. He was able to explain the cause of my “plumbing “ issues so that I am now aware it is most likely an appliance issue and an issue with neighborhood water pressure fluctuations. The amount charged was very reasonable. Thank you. Plumber showed up within one hour of phone call.

Timing was critical, as this was to replace a 75-gallon water heater that failed the evening prior. The team worked around my schedule and arrived on-time, ready to solve the problem. Team was friendly and efficient, cleaning the workspace and leaving everything as it should be.

Eddie and Guillermo arrived within the time window found the problem quickly and recommended Hydro flushing versus running a snake for a more thorough cleaning which I did. They were done with that job within 45 minutes and they even went out of there way to get an extra part for me so I wouldn’t have any leaking outside my house. I will recommend Socal Plumbing to my friends.
