Extremely unprofessional in the text message exchanges. Minimum charge is for 3 hours (which is fine) until they tell me the cleaner can only stay for 2.5. Cleaning was excellent but management was a bit poor. Sad this didn't work out as I liked the cleaning.
Spoke to someone said they'd ca back and I never got a call back. Despite several attempts to schedule service. Poor communication.
Great first time experience using SoCal Maids. Mike did an excellent job cleaning our 2 bedroom apartment. He was punctual and very thorough. Looking forward to using SoCal Maids' services again!
