Unprofessional on another level! I don't normally write reviews but the service was beyond appaling I had to write a review to warn the others. Do not rent from Socal luxury rentals!! The person who served me was extremely rude, way to ruin one's vacation. Save your money and find another rental company, there are many out there who are pleasant to deal with.
Horrible service! This dude cancelled on me 20 minutes before my trip and couldn’t even do anything for me. Go somewhere else and don’t waste your time.
DO NOT RENT FROM MARTIN DINO OR SO CAL LUXURY RENTALS – TURO OR OTHERWISE I rented a luxury vehicle from Martin Dino at So Cal Luxury Rentals on behalf of my boss for over two weeks. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disastrous.
