Got a good price and had great service from Stefan and Casey in Sales. Went back two days later to pick up my bike, and the owner (Rob/Bob) was the only sales person in the place. He was helping customers without wearing a mask (the law in LA County at the time). When he asked to help me, I commented that he wasn't wearing a mask, he said, "I don't wear a mask." I told him that it was the law, and he shrugged. I won't buy another bike from him.
RecommendedBest Honda dealer in Calif. The staff is Amazing knowledgeable and nice and they have great prices on the motorcycles make sure you go in and see them if you’re looking for a new Honda motorcycle. I have bought a Honda Gold wing a Honda super cub and have on order a Honda trail 125 and still looking for a commuting motorcycle and I’m sure it’s going to be a Honda from Rob at SoCal Honda!
This was the first time buying a motorcycle, and was really discouraged by the games dealers were playing. Called SoCal Honda Powersports spoke to Rob, after a couple quick questions he gave me a price. Went into the store and was a great experience, very friendly staff, professional kept it short and simple. Left with 2 new Honda scooters and a fan of this dealer. Rob takes a lot of pride on his shop, and is proud of his team. Highly recommend them.
I brought my Honda Rebel 500 to this place for a recall part repair. When I received it I noticed scratches on my valve cover and on my frame. On further inspection I found scratches on the panel above the valve cover and the panel wasn’t place in properly and was missing the 2 hole plugs. It was a nightmare. I thought my motorcycle was in good hands. I guess not. If I have known that I was going to get this kind of service I would have done the repair my self. Worst place to buy. They lied about services and warranty. When I went back multiple times to try to return the prepaid services I never used. The owner threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave.
I bought a 2018 Honda Goldwing DCT from SoCal Honda Powersports and had a fantastic experience. From the day I bought the bike and ever since they've been so very good to me. I stop by there from time to time just to say hello and see what bikes and/or accessories there are. They have the best Honda shop around. Period. The owner, Robert, is especially welcoming and always there to help. He's there 7 days a week. Great guy.
Put a new tire on and I came across a deal I couldn’t pass up so I got a new helmet too. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely continue to come here
