Ruben was very thorough and professional in explaining what needs attention. Even on new builds. Communication was very easily understood. He is also equipped with the latest tools; drones and such to leave no part of the property un-inspected. Builder wouldn't allow us to physically be on the roof to inspect, the drone made easy work for examination. I will be using Ruben again for future inspections.
