The worse dental office. The worse management and customer service. The office manager Debbie very unprofessional. Talking about how we’re not a charity when my mom is paying $5k for her treatment out of pocket. Added extra fees and charges to her treatment cause she did me “favor” by doing her job and calling care credit to apply the promotion that they initially promised my mom. Very professional, very patient with my children. They go over everything before starting any work. I always feel at ease and reassured.
I went in on Friday 11/14 for a crown with Dr. Toledo and was cut with the drill under my tongue we had to stop the appointment for a bit. When it was complete I didn’t get a follow up appointment or antibiotics for the cut. I ended up at the ER 11/17 with an infection while I’m 26weeks pregnant this could have put me and my daughter at risk
