License has been revoked. Look at CSLB. Did not complete project by date on contract. Work was not to code, multiple violations, has to be redone. Negligent, Apathetic, shoddy work, uncaring. Received more money than work he completed, never returned any of overage. Said "Sue me!". Would never recommend for anything, even just knowing him is a risk. Lied many times to my face. Happiest day is the day I fired him and never had to talk with him ever again.
We called to discuss a remodeling project and the man said they don’t do add on’s to homes.Really,why is this company advertising a remodeling construction business?Completely unprofessional!

So Cal Construction recently completed a room addition for us. My wife and I are absolutely 100% impressed with the craftsmanship and work ethics of So Cal Construction. We give them five stars! Thanks to Rick and his amazing skill set the job was complete on time with little down time.
When we decided to take down a wall to give our kitchen a more open concept we didn't know where to start. We interviewed several contractors and the quotes were all over the board.
