I paid $1800 to Soca Mechanical Owner James ********* to fix my AC coil in April 2023. It's not fixed right and it's still leaking since April. He keeps promising to fix it and still hasn't. He keeps coming to put Freon in it then leaving. The air indoors is getting hot in this very hot weather. I would like a refund or get it fixed asap.

I have had a very difficult time reaching the company regarding the warranty on my 2-year old HVAC unit that has stopped working for nearly a week now. I really need to get my AC repaired and no one answers or returns my calls.
