About this business
Great Neapolitan pizza starts with great dough. Every day we make our dough from scratch using imported Italian "00" flour, which creates a signature crispy bottom crust with slightly chewy texture. Our house made sauce begins with crushed tomatoes and herbs. Favorite toppings include both the classics (Prosciutto, real Italian pepperoni, Coppa, etc...) and some non-traditional ones (Spanish chorizo, P??t??, kale). The menu also contains original salads and in-house gelato for dessert.

We are Lone Star Magicians and performed for a 13 year old's birthday party there yesterday. Awesome venue, warm and friendly staff, and excellent food. Comes highly recommended.
My first brick oven pizza in America after I had to live without it for 2 long years and I absolutely loved it. The service was great, we got served promptly and friendly and the food was fresh and authentic. Loved the wine so much that I couldn't resist taking a bottle with me. Will go back there with more friends very soon!
Service was unreal. The manager delivered my wife's salad, looked at the table for a second and left. Our server brought our drinks a few minutes after her salad arrived. A waitress delivered our food and left, we ordered pizza but couldn't get Parmesan or pepper flakes. We never were asked how the meal was or offered refills. I wish I had the foresight of the guy sitting near us who left after 10 minutes. After eating and waiting for awhile I chased down my server with my card so we could leave.
Love coming here for lunch. Their lunch special is an excellent value - a personal margarita pizza and a drink for $7.99! Then you can add a small salad for just an extra $2. What makes this deal extraordinary is the taste of the pizza! Absolutely one of my favorite spots to visit when in the mood for pizza! Also, it appears they now have a happy hour menu from 4-7 Monday-Friday.
I have been to SOBROs a few times, the staff have been wonderful and the food so fresh, and absolutely fabulous. My fav is the Pizza with bacon jelly and pears. Nirvana!
Wow! My 12-year-old son and I stopped by to celebrate Mother's Day early. The food took me back to Italy! The pizza and gelato tasted just like they did when I visited it a couple of years ago. And the customer service was superb. I can't wait to return with my BFFs!
We had the flat bread with red pepper hummus.....delicious! Sausage mushroom pizza .....absolutely scrumptious!
