I had a very disappointing experience with this rental agency. Their customer service is poor and they discriminate against Latinos. Despite only requesting a viewing and not submitting any application, I was unjustly judged based on my supposed credit score, which they couldn't possibly know. I have a good credit score and meet all the rental requirements, but their discriminatory attitude and lack of professionalism have left a very negative impression.
