Recently moved into the park. I purchased a home in the park. The park staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept up nicely. Edit 05/24/2023. Have been living here just shy of 3 years. I like the area, but there have been many issues since moving here. Most neighbors are friendly. The park has recently changed management. Some people do not clean up after their pet's. Beautiful place to live for a 55+ gated community. It has all the extras you could desire... pool, jacuzzi, gym, billiards room, club house, scheduled activities ranging from crafts to cards, bingo to yoga classes & karaoke nights from time to time. And that's just to name a few. Not to mention they have various gatherings on or around most holidays. Neighbors are friendly and most are welcoming. However, only major downfall...space rent is getting costly.
Quiet community. Nice neighbors. Beautiful landscape and lake surrounded by mountains. Golfing and Casino across the street with nice restaurants.
Nice place but too big for my liking.
