I was severely ill, the receptionist for the medical department was extremely rude. I had anxiety and I would call in to see if I could get a same day appointment because I knew there was something wrong with me, she let out an irritating sigh like “What do you want now?” She was always rude and unwelcoming. I ended up going to Kaiser and they found out that I had a serious illness that they treated promptly. The receptionist should be fired for her behavior.

Great place alway helpful and easy to work with plus they have lot of stuff in house like XRay and pharmacy department most Indians health have this
Horrible place to go to it’s like they don’t care about there patients I’m always put on hold or either waiting to be talked/answered to they do nothing to help
