I can’t speak for others on their negative reviews as I’m not even from the area, but I had a storage unit for five months here and the owners know we live almost 3 hours away. We never had any issues with our stuff. We had at least 10k in riding lawn mowers, truck tires, holiday stuff and the totes themselves. Finally made room at our home to move everything back and nothing was amiss. They will replace your lock and rob you. Saying it was empty and unlocked. Replacing the lock with their own. choose any storage place besides these people
I have heard many bad things about this storage units. I've heard she is stealing people's things. Changed they're locks and saying they haven't paid, then they're stuff is gone. She didn't contact anyone. I sure wouldn't put anything in there. Someone I know had old family photos. Things that are not replaceable.
Well, let's just say everything was ok until the unit was opened, door was broke, water was pouring in to the unit, the gutter was not connected properly and heaving over with frozen water/ice. Everything was frozen to the ground And when I called to speak to Joe the maintenance guy or Rhonda the owner, they kept on bouncing me back and forth between them. I would not store your belongings here what so ever!!!!!!
