Dishonesty Runs Rampant In This Company! Do not trust them! We have a tankless water heater from Noritz and it sprung a leak that completely shorted it out. We called Sobieski to ask if they could look at it. They charged $100 which is fair however we asked if they could find out about the warranty info from Noritz. Our tech “said” he called them when he went out to his car and it was not covered under the warranty and took no pictures. I bought a newly constructed home in which this company had installed the HVAC system. 4 years later something broke and only heat was coming out instead of cold air in the middle of summer. I saw the bad reviews but ignored them with the thought that these guys put the system in so they would be the best option to fix the problem. The guy came over and diagnosed the problem as a busted circuit that could be fixed under warranty.
