I switched to this pharmacy for the convenience of doing my errands in one place. Somehow, my monthly pick-up went from $40 to $130. I called my old pharmacy and they confirmed the amount I used to pay was legit, I then got the same answer from my insurance. Twice, I asked if they could tell me why they are charging so much. Good spot, I like it.
Then never pick my calls for my prescription. They don’t cancel the prescription order. They don’t do nothing. That’s just useless. They don’t help me sending it to a Pharmacy which has a good customer support they don’t pick my calls. They don’t respond to my 10 voicemails. They are stupid and zero service
Moved here.from Oromocto Sobeys, very smooth transition. Staff very friendly and more then helpful. Small seating area but I'm in a wheelchair so not a problem for me. Always have Medication ready and on time when they say for pickup. Very helpful with new Meds and any update information needed, never feel rushed. It can be busy at times but they always do their best to give friendly fast service. 5 Stars in my books. Thank you for your service in a very hard and thankless business
