Hi, I first want to say this was a rough experience. I stayed in the studio apartment of the pier house. I worked a full time job. I also battled a severe medical condition that nearly killed me in October but started back in April. I did my meetings online and in person. While still working and going to my program. I have known Ellie for 7 years I think Ellie has one of the biggest hearts and she truly cares about the Women in her houses, I refer her sober living homes to women all the time.
My name is Shawna and I have been here a year. It is so beautiful. I have never meant an owner like Elle that cares so much about her clients. This is a positive and safe environment to be supported.
Sobriety in Carlsbad is pretty amazing and I owe a large part of that to Ellie. She is such an incredibly dedicated and supportive sober sister. I do believe when you have faith in your heart the right opportunities present themselves. Just when I needed a safe place to continue my sober journey, she was there.
