We needed two new furnace/air conditioners Carlos Bernal gathered his crew and furnaces and did a splendid installation all in one day. The best ever in El Paso Texas.
I called SoBellas last week due to a loud screech in my clothes dryer. Patrick was out within 2 days and confirmed my suspicions of a worn out dryer drum bearing. They took part of the quote for the purchase of the parts and were back again within a week to do the repair. I want to thank the technicians, Patrick, Joe, and Juaquin for the quick and outstanding repair! Our dryer works again (quietly). I would also commend SoBellas for having a military/veterans discount program. As a retiree, this really helps.
My wife and I are really pleased with Sobella service. They are on time on appointments, technicians are knowledgeable.
So Bellas by far exceeds exceptional service. My heater went out right before a storm was about to hit. They came out the day we called and had a new heater installed in less than 24hrs later. They saved the day. New system running wonderfully. They also, have been very friendly and have fair prices. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
