Joe has serviced our fairly old GE Profile built-in microwave successfully more than once. And his repairs have given us significant additional time to use this appliance. Most recently, on 03:05/26, Joe did it again. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. This means even more to us as this model, although still being made by GE, cannot be found in white. Our whole kitchen is white appliances and we are prevented from replacing the microwave. Joaquin Lerma performed spring maintenance on my HVAC. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He gave me a lot of information about possible repairs that may be needed in the future and an estimate of what the cost might be. He showed me pictures of my unit and explained what they were. I appreciate the service he provided and will definitely continue doing business with SoBellas.

I was pleased with Technician Alberto Garcia as he first serviced my dryer and explained the issue. When he came back to replace parts, he completed the repair in a timely and efficient manner. Second time I have used their services and I am completely satisfied.
