Courteous, prompt check down of all components of refrigerated unit to run efficiently duing this severe heat wave. 5 star because of their professionalism, communication (prompt answering) and tech "know how'. Highly recommend.
Technician Joe was ontime, fixed problems with both my icemaker and oven in under an hour and explained fully what he'd done. He's also a very nice person, an excellent representative for any company.
Carlos was great. He guided me through the whole process. He was also punctual coming to my house to see what my needs were. I highly recommend him.
