⸻ I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bobrova and the whole team at Smile Dentist. Dr. Bobrova truly saved my tooth and treated me with so much kindness and care throughout the entire process. It was clear she genuinely wanted to help me, and that meant so much. Severely disappointed in my last 2-3 visits. The staffing situation is abysmal. Who reschedules a patient the day before their appointment without calling? That’s what made me leave The other time the office was running behind schedule and I could tell would hope I’d just accommodate around them Other than that I liked the hygienist and dentist I met. Just unreliable to keep an appointment. As Seinfeld would put it “you know how to make an appointment. You just can’t seem to hold the appointment”
Today I was scheduled for a orthodontic consultation. Dr. Fisher was wonderful. He thoroughly went over the options, processes, and the end result. I was so impressed with the service that I immediately scheduled a appointment to begin my aligner journey. The staff was friendly and wonderful as well.
