Not a bad gym especially if you are powerlifter. Has tons of machines but most of them are hoist and have a limited range of motion like the abductor, adductor, leg extension, lateral raise, the tricep extension machine and v squat are a little awkward and the seated leg curl has an imbalance

Best gym I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to several. Great environment, clean, love the layout, and the energy is very positive. Rarely do I ever have to wait to use a piece of equipment. I never feel intimidated or out of place either. Absolutely recommend this place!

Changed my point of view, changing my review. Started back to Sobeks 2 +/- years ago have gone 5 days a week over a year now & have a different prospective. They have leveled up their cleaning, they have a guy in there just going nonstop now & it definitely shows. There's only 1 thing I would change if I could: I'd love to see the ab machine over near the locker room side moved across the gym where the other 2 pieces of ab equipment are located, it would make super setting so much easier & cut down on confusion as many peopl... read more
