RecommendedFirst time going and it was amazing. I know it was going to be good when the dipping sauce for our spring rolls was so tasty. We had kung fu, biltmore, and gadzilla rolls. All were flavorful and well made plus huge! Youngest loved the tuna/crab ragoons and a kani roll they made special for her. Thank you and will be back.
We’ve eaten at Soba’s for years, but the last few times the quality has fallen significantly. Our meal tonight was awful and we won’t be going back until they change chefs. What a waste of money.
Soba is hands down the BEST sushi restaurant in Asheville. Weaverville is so lucky to have this gem right on Main Street. Whether I was a fast dinner or a date night, Soba never disappoints. We are always seated immediately, helped promptly, and food is served in record time. The staff is so incredibly nice and helpful. We come here at least 2 times a month we love it so much. This is the best sushi in the area. If we don’t go every week I think they start to worry about us lol. They are doing great at curbside during all that is going on. Went last week and going tomorrow.
