Just recently purchased a brand new built home from this builder. Beware all of their houses do not come with air-conditioning they do not disclose that it does not come with air-conditioning. We’re talking about a $400,000 home and they don’t tell you doesn’t come with air-conditioning. The closest thing they say is they come with cooling fans and cooling fans are not ceiling fans. Soave Homes was incredible to work with. The builder was more than accommodating and did everything to build us the most perfect and beautiful home! The whole process was very enjoyable, as we had amazing help from Darlene. From the first time we met her she was on a mission to ensure we got our dream home. She worked with the builder on multiple occasions and completely surpassed our exceptions and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our expectation and then some. Do not do business with this DISHONEST and UNETHICAL company. The owner has no conscience and swindled me out of $10,000. He refused to give it back which shows you they will take advantage of you. His sales associate was disciplined by the board of realtors for the shady unethical treatment I received yet the greedy owner still wouldn’t give me my money back. I wish I read all the bad reviews about this company prior to trusting them. Run away as fast as you can from these crooks!
Purchased a Soave home from a previous owner. 4 months after I moved in the AC failed (2017 built). Upon getting the repair the HVAC technician informed me the failure was due to improper installation. When I called Soave try to figure out who the original installer was I was informed “they have no obligation to inform me who installed the AC as I did not purchase the home directly from them.
