We got our home in 2022 and it’s been nonstop issues. We gave the builder our punch list and nothing was ever fixed. Most of the doors in the house were hung incorrectly so they wouldn’t fully latch shut (was added to punch list and wasn’t resolved). Our dogs got out several times because of that. This company was horrible to deal with as a buyer. They are unrealistic, rude and unprofessional.
This is hands down probably one of the WORST builders out there, the entire staff is rude and unethical. As a buyer and as an agent I have never dealt with people like this, extremely unprofessional. Whomever the woman is that handles the communication, Darlene I believe needs a reality check. She’s got a major attitude and is rude beyond measure. Just recently purchased a brand new built home from this builder. Beware all of their houses do not come with air-conditioning they do not disclose that it does not come with air-conditioning. We’re talking about a $400,000 home and they don’t tell you doesn’t come with air-conditioning. The closest thing they say is they come with cooling fans and cooling fans are not ceiling fans. Soave Homes was incredible to work with. The builder was more than accommodating and did everything to build us the most perfect and beautiful home! The whole process was very enjoyable, as we had amazing help from Darlene. From the first time we met her she was on a mission to ensure we got our dream home. She worked with the builder on multiple occasions and completely surpassed our exceptions and always went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our expectation and then some.
