Good Afternoon, There are not enough stars to rate appropriately your Property Managers. Ms. Emily Hunter, Nicole Mendez, and Jadelyn Mendez-Fisher were professional, responsive, proactive, and capable are just few adjectives I can think of. Mr. Zapata was proffesional and very helpful when I had questions about legacy housing at Soaring Heights Communities. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and I was extremely grateful for his help! The homes at Soaring Heights Communities are very spacious! They have great amenities and parks! The Community Center is cool too. They offer private rooms for bday parties and events. I enjoyed their Drive-Thru Pizza Days too. Overall had a great experience living there!
Nicole Mendez was very helpful with my transition to DM. Very polite and personable.
