First experience ever in Base Housing with my family & it cannot get worse than Soaring Heights. They “follow” the guidelines as long as it supports their case but when you call them out on their own guidelines suddenly they don’t know what to say. I moved into a house on Saratoga with African Killer Bees inside the garage walls & the roof. It took 5 phone calls with customer service to get the answer of 3 weeks until they could get it done. My family and I have been to 4 different bases now and lived on base at each location. I can honestly say this was by far the worst experience for not only myself but for my 2 young children. Soaring heights does not care what so ever about family safety or concerns. All they care about is making money from the military members that they should be taking care of. Stay was great and maintenance turnaround time was quick!
We’ve lived here since July 2022 and we’re getting ready to move out soon. Overall our experience here has been really good. The office team has always been helpful and easy to work with, and the maintenance guys have been great anytime we needed something. One time our A/C went out in the middle of summer right after we had our newborn, and they immediately got us into the base hotel and even offered to help carry over the important baby stuff while they fixed it. They were so helpful getting my family and I into our home, and maintenance is always nice and gets the job done. Have never had any problems at all.
