the mangerd lie about all lot of things you get told one thing for rent then u get charged late fees cause they didn't tell u it went up supposedly never paid on my bills but it was all bills and none of my bills got turned off in nine month and then they lost money order and said I didn't the funniest thing is I had a constable at my down with my eveuction and name on it 3 days after I moved and they hursed me all the time I would never tell anyone to rent for yall
I’ve lived here twice and both times it was great, very quiet and nice community. The units are small but cozy and very affordable compared to other properties

Great apartment and peaceful neighborhood. Tina has been a great help to me ever since I moved to Texas. Highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a fresh start.
