Soar Surgery Center in Burlingame is an excellent facility. The reception area is beautiful, offering a lovely view of the Bay. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and accommodating—special thanks to Savana for her help. Nurses Glecy, Rene, and Genesis did an outstanding job caring for my 90-year-old mother, who has dementia. I had an ACL reconstruction at this facility on 4/10/2025. I’m not sure why this place is rated so low, I had a good experience with the facility and especially the staff. Deserves to be rated much better Parking was ample and the office was easy to find. The waiting room was large, clean, quiet. My only recommendation is it would be convenient if they had a numbered patient tracker board so patients’ guests could track patient status via the waiting room. Having previously worked in the VA operating room, I can attest to the remarkably high standard of care I received; the team's professionalism and attentiveness were outstanding throughout the entire procedure. Thank you for your compassionate care and reassurance.
The nurses are not good. They cant find a vein and had to stick me 3x. The anesthesiologist is not good at all. I was screaming in the OR when he injected the anesthesia and said this is normal. He shouldn’t have been given his certification if he thinks this is normal; your patient screaming from pain. Ive had more times being under and this is not normal. You need to be careful of you get this anestheologist. Im going to conplain about him
