I had a really good experience at Soar & Rest. I was honestly anxious going in but the staff made me feel comfortable immediately and didn’t make anything feel overwhelming or judgmental. Everyone there is super understanding and actually takes the time to listen, which made a big difference for me. I had a positive experience interacting with Soar & Rest Outpatient Addiction and Mental Health Services, LLC. Although I haven’t personally received services there, the staff I spoke with were professional, respectful, and took the time to provide helpful information. They seemed genuinely committed to supporting individuals on their mental health and recovery journeys. Based on my interaction, I would feel comfortable recommending them to others seeking outpatient support.

I've known the people at this practice professionally for almost a year, and I'm consistently impressed with their work. Paula treats every client with compassion and infuses humor and relatability into her approach. She's able to connect to people who are struggling with issues from relationship distress to substance use, interacting with them all like they are real, vibrant people, not cracked glass. I really appreciate the human connection she is able to make with her clients, and I regularly refer clients to her.
