Very sketchy. I asked for pricing so I can be aware of out of pocket costs before we meet our insurance deductible and I spoke with Dru who is the owner. She just kept telling me they charge insurance companies different and would only give me a price if we didn't have insurance. I asked if that would be our out of pocket cost until the deductible was met but she said that may not be as they charge insurance companies different. My son loves going here! He even took me out to my car and wanted to get in his car seat so we could go there at 9 o’clock at nigh when they were closed. When I get into the building, he runs right through the door and tries to let himself in. Today he wanted to go in so badly that he was taking other parents hand, walking them to the door and putting their hand on the door knob to show them that he wanted in to play.

I'm very disappointed with my experience. Help was not given to a child that was in need of services.

My twins both go here. When we started they would not make eye contact, or answer to their names, or follow 1 or 2 step directions. Now they do all of that plus so much more!! They are starting to talk and want more independence. They have a baby sister now and the both are so good around her. I know that without a doubt they would not have these skills without Soar and the fantastic staff that works there!!
