Service sucks
Run, don't walk away fr this dump of a car wash, Soapy Suds Carwash! I went here yesterday, desperate 2 get the winter salt off my car because Diamond Carwash (by Kohl's in Springfield) closed @ 5 pm as I had just had my husband's car washed there. I waited patiently in line @ Soapy Suds bey 1about 4 cars deep. Old, dirty place with old machines. The is arrogant, rude and abusive. Do not use this place. Your car will remain dirty plus you will get yelled and accused all things in the world that are not true. Stay away
I work for a company that has 272 vehicles they are you are a Vance and when you pull the ladders off they fit through there brushless carwash for the first time some little punk that actually was there denied me got rude and vulgar with me and did not allow me to go through the brushless carwash I wash my truck there every two weeks for the past two years so now they will just lose the business of the entire fleet and we will find somewhere else
I just went in the drive thru. Van had soap all over it and the dryer wasn't working. I had to go into the self service to rinse the soap off. I have pictures and would appreciate a refund. Thank you.
I went to get my car washed. Put in a 10 got $2.00 back in quarters. Well the wash wasn't working. The man in front of me had a problem also. So the guy said come around and it will work. The guy did got his car washed. I go nothing. Not working. I told him what I put in and he told me I was a lier. He wouldn't even help me. He is a very very ignorant man.
Car did not get clean, not enough pressure to clean the windows. I paid the money but no change came out, nowhere to complain to. I will not be using this again.
