This restaurant reminds me of one from Kitchen nightmares. The food is pricey and not very good. The hamburger meat was overcooked and dry. The homemade potato salad was very bad. We could not finish it. The portions in general are small and served in a plastic basket of sorts. We would have preferred normal plates. The servers were polite.
$25 restaurant food was served in a plastic basket instead of a plate. portions were small and the taste was bland.
Such a cool place and the staff was wonderful
I was a little nervous, because the restaurant was pretty empty for a weekday afternoon. But, we decided to give it a try, and I'm glad we did. The grilled chicken sandwich was great, the fries were good, and the pies were outstanding. Truly, you could just go for the pie. The apple and strawberry rhubarb were both excellent!
Great local place!! Don't let the exterior scare you off..the food is great and the owner even better...don't miss it!!!
