Just went there yesterday. $15 for a car wash and the undercarriage didn't even get cleaned even though I paid the extra for that wash, never again.
Customer service is PHENOMENAL. I come to the granger location on the regular with no issues. There was one time where it was busy and I noticed it didn't rinse all the soap off my trunk but Customer service answered on the first ring and got me a free rewash right then and there to fix the issue :) thanks Soapy Sam's!
