Just left my first experience kind of annoyed. The staff was short and unfriendly, I still have to go home and touch up my car, and to top it off, they gave me a nauseating pumpkin spice air freshener.

RecommendedI have been recommending soapy joes to all of my friends and have loved being a member for the past few months. Until recently....for the second time now I have left and my rims are scratched/scraped!!! I have had trouble contacting someone about the issue as well. Update: I decided to go back to Soapy Joe’s and file an incident report in person with the manager Eric who was exceptional. He was compassionate and understanding.
