First, the staffs were unprofessional and rude! The guy at the entrance did not properly guide my car’s wheels onto the track; my car started shaking violently halfway through the car wash. Second, after they noticed the malfunction, they paused the machine and reversed the conveyor belt, causing my car and the car behind me to move backward and collide.
