RecommendedI went to get a car wash in November 2018, through the SoftTouch side, no soap, was told I would be refunded. So last week I posted a review with my complaint, received a private message and the refund option was sent. Thank you for your response Soapy Joe's, so I wanted to change my rating. Thank you.
It's great to have a car wash on Frederick St! The brush wash always does a great job on my pick up truck!
They screwed me. Took $36 no car wash and wouldn't return call. Avoid this place.
