An error in billing cost me $665 and no resolution in sight. My debit card was charged a $35 fee for someone else's premium carwashes for months. I thought it was an overcharge, but eventually realized that they were charging the $15 in addition to the $35. They told me the premium charge was for another person with a different car! My bank can only provide fraud claim for the past 90 days. I've been contacting Soapy Joes about this issue since August 2019. Turning it over to the BBB.

I’m glad you have reopened. I am a little disappointed that the price remains the same even though there are no drying cloths and no air fresheners. I understand why those things are not offered but the price should be less as we are getting less.
As a monthly member who likes the car wash I was a little surprise today 2/17 when I went to wash my car and they were handing out towels but only to premium customers shame on you “soapy joes” for forgetting about 70% of your other monthly customers! Just last week the place was close for whatever reason and it’s not the first time did I ask for a refund? Next time you chose to forget about most of your customers!
I recommend the magic potion membership it’s worth it.
The vacuums work great, and my car always shines after the wash. The staff is friendly too.
I have been recommending soapy joes to all of my friends and have loved being a member for the past few months. Until recently....for the second time now I have left and my rims are scratched/scraped!!! I have had trouble contacting someone about the issue as well. Update: I decided to go back to Soapy Joe’s and file an incident report in person with the manager Eric who was exceptional. He was compassionate and understanding.
