I have a 2025 Silverado 1500, unfortunately this car wash left swirls and small scratches up and down the sides of my brand new truck, and even some deep ones in spots, shown in the picture.
i have been paying 19.99 per month for their basic car wash. I wanted to upgrade to 23.99 per month plan which includes the wheels and additional later of wash- and was told by the manager there its only for new members and for me to upgrade it would be 35. So they are penalizing me for being their customer for 1+ year. I got my car washed at this location yesterday and made a claim for damage on my front end and two doors. The manager, Josh, was nice and understanding but the man in charge of damage reports said he reviewed the footage and claimed everything was from the past. Instead of taking accountability and financial responsibility, he resorted to gaslighting. Hey, charge it to the game, but 10/10 do not recommend. Side note: nobody knows how to answer the phone.
I love the new vacuum handle. The suction is so much better.
